国内外南通变压器的发展趋势
早在20世纪60年代，美国首创了结构。20世纪70年代初，世界上一些工业比较发达的国家，相继生产了南通变压器。例如：德国、前苏联、法国、比利时、日本、加拿大等国。
我国厂矿(如北仑港、宝钢等)技改中引进的国外配套的油浸南通变压器，几乎全部是南通变压器。自1988年起，我国开始正式研制南通变压器。国内许多厂(如三门、南通)引进了德国GEORG公司波纹油箱生产线进行自动折叠、自动焊接、成形加工，也引进了德国的铁心剪切生产线和南通变压器设计制造软件，油箱表面经去油、去锈、磷化处理后，用三防(防霉、防潮、防盐雾)漆涂装，生产了BS9型(其中B表示“闭”封式或全封“闭”式)，或S9-M型(其中M表示“密”封式)南通变压器。而目前很多厂购置了国产的波纹油箱生产线生产南通变压器，所以南通变压器在我国得到了较快的发展和应用。如河南新乡南通变压器厂、云南南通变压器厂使用的上海通力机器厂和常州中成公司生产的BW-1300波纹带成形机。
南通变压器被列为1990年网家重点技术开发项目之一。并确定10—35KV级、6300k V A级及以下的南通变压器要推广式结构。
Domestic and international trends sealed transformer
Back in the 1960s, the United States pioneered the sealed structure. The early 1970s, some of the world industry is relatively developed countries, have produced a sealed transformer. For example: Germany, the former Soviet Union, France, Belgium, Japan and Canada.
China's large-scale factories (such as Beilun Port, Baoshan Iron and Steel, etc.) supporting the introduction of foreign technological transformation in the oil-immersed distribution transformers, almost all sealed transformer. Since 1988, China began the formal development of hermetically sealed transformers.
